Alleged DUI driver crashes car into home in Hampshire, family speaks out: VIDEO

HAMPSHIRE, Ill. (WLS) -- A Hampshire family said they feel lucky that a crash at their home wasn't worse.

Surveillance video showed a car going through their yard, crashing into their living room.

The family says they were just about to have dinner when the crash happened on Monday.

Nazim Useni has now been charged, accused of driving under the influence, officials said.

According to court documents, he had been convicted of DUI at least five times in the past.
