Illinois Gov. Pritzker delivers keynote speech at Democratic Party event in North Carolina

RALEIGH, N.C. (WLS) -- Illinois Governor JB Pritzker was the keynote speaker Saturday at a dinner for the Democratic Party in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Pritzker told the crowd there's never been a more stressful time to be a Democrat.

He recently announced he's running for a third term as Illinois governor.

However, there's been speculation he might run for president.

Pritzker has been a prominent, outspoken critic of President Donald Trump.
