A judge ruled on Monday that Henyard's name was not properly signed on the lease. However, Woods owes the landlord more than $7,000.

The judge also ruled that Henyard's Social Security number was willfully exposed in documents.

Henyard is entitled to $1,000 from the landlord to offset the costs of an ID protection service. The landlord also has to pay Henyard $500 in attorney fees.
