MELROSE PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- A 20-year-old Maywood man has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of an Amazon employee at a suburban facility last week, Melrose Park officials said.

Quentin S. Williams Jr., who is also an Amazon employee, turned himself in to police Saturday in connection with the shooting.

Melrose Park officials said the shooting stemmed from a domestic-related dispute between Williams and another Amazon employee who was with Travion R. Taylor, 27, of Chicago in an employee garage at an Amazon Fulfillment Center in the 1800-block of North Fifth Avenue in Melrose Park Thursday morning.

Williams pulled out a gun and fired shots at Taylor and the other person, officials said.

Taylor was shot in the back and taken to Loyola Hospital, where he died.

Williams drove away in a dark sedan after the shooting, prosecutors said.

He appeared in court Monday and was ordered held, pending trial.
