CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago woman is facing charges in connection to a major retail theft ring.
The Cook County Sheriff's Office says Roise Spencer was arrested Tuesday after making a fraudulent return at the Lululemon on Rush Street.
Investigators say she returned stolen merchandise for store credit and then left in a Jeep.
Spencer is allegedly connected to a larger organized retail theft crew.

Spencer was charged with felony theft. She was ordered to be released on this case but is being held at the Cook County Jail for a separate case.
