IB Dan Ryan reopens after shooting investigation

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A shooting investigation had shut down the inbound local lanes on the Dan Ryan Expressway Friday morning.

Illinois State Police said the shooting took place around 4:30 a.m. in the inbound lanes near 39th Street.

No injuries were reported. Lanes were back open after 7 a.m.
