The suspect, 22-year-old Isaiah Malik Johnson of Gary, "allegedly fondled his genitals, displayed them, and made suggestive remarks" towards a female Uber driver while sitting in the front passenger seat of her vehicle, state police said.

The driver told the suspect to exit the vehicle, and she reported the incident to Kimbrough Center staff, police said.
