Serious crash prompts large emergency response in Waukegan

WAUKEGAN, Ill. (WLS) -- A serious crash prompted a large emergency response in the north suburbs on Monday evening.

Chopper 7 was over the scene at Green Bay Road near Belvidere Road in Waukegan at 5:30 p.m.
