Powerball ticket worth $1M sold at suburban gas station; 2nd player won on Illinois Lottery app

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Unfortunately, nobody in Illinois hit the massive Powerball jackpot last weekend.

The winning tickets of the record-setting $1.787 billion jackpot were sold in Missouri and Texas.

The winning numbers were: 11-23-44-61-62 and the Powerball 17.

However, two Illinois players matched five numbers and won $1 million.

One of those players purchased their ticket on the iLottery app.

The other, purchased their winning ticket at Skokie CITGO on Touhy Avenue in the north suburbs.

Four other local players won $100,000 each after matching four numbers and the Powerball, plus the game's Power Play feature:

-Break Time at 1401 US Highway in Gilman, Illinois.

-Lemont Liquors at 1128 State Street in Lemont, Illinois.

-North Avenue Shell at 130 W. North Avenue in Chicago.

The fourth lucky player won $100,000 on the iLottery app.
