CHICAGO (WLS) -- A pay-to-play lawsuit linked to former Governor Rod Blagojevich has been reinstated by a federal appeals court.
The lawsuit was filed by Riverboat Casinos in Illinois. It alleges that racetrack owners bribed Blagojevich to push through legislation that gave racetracks 3 percent of casino revenue.
The Chicago-based federal appeals court says it will try to determine if the governor's office crossed the line from unseemly to unlawful.
