Safe Haven locations expanded for Spring Break

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The city announced an expanded list of Safe Haven locations during Spring Break, which provide students access to a positive, safe environment, activities and free breakfast and lunch.

The city increased funding for the Safe Haven program in 2016 and 8,000 are expected to participate this year, an increase of 2,000 from 2015.
