CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago man has been charged with the August murder of an 18-year-old man just days before he was preparing to start college.
Mark Clay, 20, was arrested and charged Saturday. He is accused of gunning down Corey Fisher on August 21 in the 3800-block of West Lexington on the city's West Side.
Fisher and his step-brother were arguing with Clay when he pulled out a gun and shot Fisher in the head.
Fisher had just enrolled at Malcolm X College.
