A family is demanding answers after filing a wrongful death lawsuit against a suburban group home.
Family says their son suffered from seizures and required constant supervision at school. They allege he wasn't supervised when he choked at Clissold Elementary and later died at a local hospital.
At first, the school thought the teen was suffering from a seizure, but quickly realized he was choking and needed help.
Chicago police said the attack happened as the woman was standing in a patient area of the hospital.
The second grader said he learned how to perfom the Heimlich maneuver from YouTube.
