Maxime Fohounhedo, 30, charged in alleged rape of Uber passenger

CHICAGO (WLS) -- An Uber driver has been charged and accused of raping a passenger.

Maxime Fohounhedo, 30, faces one count of sexual assault and one of sexual abuse in an alleged incident which happened in mid-November.

The victim claims he picked her up at a River North bar then she woke up at an apartment after she blacked out in the car.
