CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Rainbow PUSH Coalition Saturday remembered one of its founders who passed away this week.
Longtime civil rights leader Reverend Willie Barrow was honored at the weekly ceremony. She passed away early Thursday morning at the age of 90,
Barrow was a founder of Operation Breadbasket, which eventually became Rainbow PUSH.
A celebration of Reverend Barrow's life will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday March 19 at rainbow push headquarters.
Visitation is Friday, March 20 at Vernon Park Church of God from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 7 p.m.
The funeral procession will leave Vernon Park for Oakwood Cemetery on Saturday, March 21, at 10 a.m.
