Amazon refunding parents for kids' app purchases

A federal judge has ordered online retailer Amazon to reimburse parents whose children made purchases over the Amazon app without permission.

The Federal Trade Commission said Amazon makes it too easy for kids to run up bills on mobile devices.

Refunds are expected early 2017.
