Man charged with severely burning girlfriend
Police say 21-year-old Damenique Traylor originally claimed the woman was accidentally burned during a cookout at his home in January.
The woman could not speak after the incident.
But she recently began to talk and that's when Traylor turned himself in.
Investigators say Traylor confessed to lighting the woman on fire following an argument.
