Former coach sentenced for child porn

ST. CHARLES Thirty-three-year old Shawn Bowlden of Saint Charles will serve 90 days in jail. He was also placed on 30 months' probation and has been barred from contact with anyone under the age of 18.

Bowlden was arrested in October for possessing child pornography on his home computer. At the time of his arrest, he was a coach for the St. Charles Youth Gymnastics Club. He has since been fired from that position.
