Charges have been filed in the death a man whose bones were found last week on Chicago's Far South Side. On Tuesday afternoon, 24-year-old Preston Cooper turned himself in to police and has been charged with first-degree murder.

A second suspect, Jaqueline Gallagher, has been charged with concealing a homicide. In 2006, she hosted a party where Jesse Beskow, 20, was allegedly shot and killed.

Last week, his remains were found at 110th and Stony Island. Medical examiners determined he died from a gunshot wound to the head.
