Playstation console to stream Netflix DVDs

October 26, 2009 Sony's Playstation 3 game console will soon be able to stream movies and TV shows from Netflix to a user's television.

The service will launch next month.

Playstation 3 owners will need a Netflix subscription to use the video streaming feature.

Microsoft's Xbox 360 game machines already stream video from Netflix.
