Chicago police are looking for the driver who struck and killed a bicyclist and then fled the scene. Police say the driver involved in the crash Tuesday afternoon in the 3800-block of West Diversey abandoned the van and fled the scene on foot.

Jepson Livingston, 32, was killed. Livingston's uncle said the family is in shock. He said Livingston was headed to a job interview when he was killed.

"He was riding on his bicycle, two vehicles, I don't know how it happened, if they collided or whatever happened but he was at the wrong place at the wrong time," said Ed Ziemba, uncle.

Police say they will review video from a nearby camera to see if it provides any clues.
