His body was discovered Friday afternoon in the 1400-block of West Rosemont Avenue wrapped in a bed sheet and duct-taped in the back seat of a 2008 Dodge Charger. Flowers also had been shot several times.
The car was traced to him.
Flowers' death has been ruled a homicide. No suspects were in custody Sunday night.
