A Chicago artist wants to keep himself in the public eye -- or at least keep his eye in public...Tony Tasset designed a 30-foot tall eyeball sculpture that is being built in Wisconsin. He says he modeled the eyeball after his own and wanted to create what he calls the "wow effect."

The massive eyeball is made of fiberglass and steel. It is expected to be completed in time for its debut next month in Chicago at Pritzker Park along State Street.
