A farmer found one footrpint in Burke County and a different man sighted one in Cleveland County. But even the folks who found the large print in Burke County have questions about it.
Rex Lail and others not only videotaped the print but also made a casting of it and contacted North Carolina Wildlife.
Pork Lowman was the one who made the discovery while walking in the woods. He along with wildlife officers don't believe it was made by an animal which brings up the obvius question:could it be Bigfoot?
The sightings are about 15 miles apart. The print measures 15 by eight inches long. But does the print prove anything or is it a hoax?
Rex Lail said, "We're trying to prove that it is a hoax but the details of it are amazing. If it is a hoax, they are doing a terrific job."
