Forty-six-year-old Thomas Salvi is a doctor at Centegra Health System in Crystal Lake.
A woman told police that on June 25 she was in a parking lot when a car pulled up next to her and Salvi made lewd comments then followed the woman in his car.
Salvi's lawyer tells The Chicago Tribune that "what is alleged ... is not what happened."
