Marci Webber, 43, was expected to appear in bond court Sunday.
A relative found the body of Webber's daughter, Maggie, Wednesday afternoon. Police say Webber had what appeared to be a self-inflicted wound.
Marci Webber was being held Saturday at the DuPage County jail. She is from New York state and was staying with her family in Bloomingdale.
