Rap and reality TV star Flava Flav is lending his name to fried chicken.He opened the first in a planned chain of Flav's Fried Chicken Monday.
The first restaurant is in Clinton, Iowa. It will feature New York-style fried chicken.
Flav spent several days in Clinton promoting the new restaurant prior to the ribbon cutting Monday.
