Kerr's spokesperson told the Australian newspaper The Telegraph that the 29-year-old Victoria's Secret model was hospitalized after the crash on March 12 with whiplash. She was seen wearing a neck brace that same day.
Kerr's husband, Orlando Bloom, and son, Flynn, 2, were not inside the car. She was with her assistant. The driver of the other car is expected to face charges in the crash.
Kerr and Bloom began dating in 2007 and married in 2010.
