The walk will be at U.S. Cellular Field. Liz Isham Cory, board president of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, and Cynthia Cycon, a volunteer with the NOCC, both of them ovarian cancer survivors, came into our ABC 7 studio to tell us about the event. They also highlighted their Team in Treatment, women who are making a difference while running during treatment for their illness.
The NOCC is a non-profit organization that raises awareness of ovarian cancer and provides education and programs for women with ovarian cancer and their families.
