The Central California SPCA said there could be a serial dog arsonist after investigators found another dog burned in Fresno County.

FRESNO, Calif. -- The Central California SPCA said there could be a serial dog arsonist after investigators found another dog burned in Fresno County.

Someone found the body on the corner of Walnut and Annadale last Friday. Investigators said the dog was still smoldering and sizzling. Nearby, they found a bag. The SPCA is running tests to see if the dog died of suffocation or as a result of the fire.

The other two dogs were found about a mile away in field behind an abandoned home. They had been burned and tortured to death.
