Attorney general under fire over comparison of COVID-19 lockdowns to slavery
Attorney General Bill Barr drew sharp condemnation for comparing lockdown orders during the coronavirus pandemic to slavery. At Hillsdale College, Barr had called them the "greatest intrusion on civil liberties in American history" since slavery.
