Federal investigation targets Blue Bell handling of listeria outbreak

Blue Bell ice cream is under investigation for how it handled a recall involving a listeria contamination.

Federal prosecutors are looking at whether company executives committed wrong-doing

Last year's recall was linked to 10 listeria cases which resulted in three deaths.

A Centers for Disease Control investigation showed the listeria outbreak dated back to 2010.

Blue Bell has not commented on the investigation.
