CHICAGO (WLS) -- A busboy is accused of secretly filming a customer inside a restaurant bathroom.
Rigoberto Campos, 32, was arrested Saturday and charged with unauthorized videotaping after setting up his cellphone to record in the ladies' room at Bridgeport Restaurant.
According to prosecutors, the woman started to walk toward the ladies' room around 2 p.m. on Saturday, but was stopped by Campos, who said he needed to replace the toilet paper.
When the woman walked in to the bathroom, she says she saw a cellphone sticking out of a ceiling tile. After the woman brought the phone to the restaurant's owner, the police were called.
According to Assistant State's Attorney Erin Antonietti, video from the cellphone depicts Campos placing it in the ceiling before leaving restroom.
Police say video recovered from the phone links Campos to the crime.
