Dozens of cars targeted by burglars in western suburbs

HINSDALE, Ill. (WLS) -- Burglars have broken into dozens of cars in west suburban Hinsdale and Western Springs since Tuesday, Oct. 11, police said.

The thieves targeted vehicles with unlocked doors and all of the incidents happened during overnight hours, according to police.

The thieves stole loose change, sunglasses and other personal items.
