CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Chicago Bears must pay more than $4 million in back amusement taxes to Cook County.

An Illinois Appellate Court ruled that the Bears owe the full 3 percent tax on the entire face value of tickets.

The Bears argued that they only owed the tax on the price for seats and on amenities included with the cost of each ticket, such as parking.
