Thousands running in Chicago Half Marathon Sunday

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Thousands of runners took to the streets Sunday morning for the Chicago Half Marathon and 5K.

More than 15,000 runners from all 50 states and 47 countries competed.

The race forced street closures downtown, which were cleared by noon.
