CHICAGO (WLS) -- Help is on the way for hundreds of thousands of drivers who try to park in Chicago's residential parking zones.
City Clerk Susana Mendoza, aldermen and tech developers unveiled "Parknav," a new zone map that can be called up on your cell phone or computer.
It will make it easier to figure out if you need a guest pass to park in a particular neighborhood.
Different parking zones can have different rules, and parking illegally in one can mean a $75 fine.
