Man, 25, shot and killed in Ashburn

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 25-year-old man was shot and killed while sitting in a parked car in Chicago's Ashburn neighborhood, police say.

Police say Mark Lindsey was in a car in the 3700-block of 75th Street around 11 p.m. Friday night when another man approached his vehicle and fired shots. The victim as struck in the chest and tried to drive away, but crashed into another car.

The man was taken to Christ Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police are looking for the shooter.
