CHICAGO (WLS) -- Eighty-six Chicago Public Schools will get air conditioning during the next school year.
Tuesday's announcement is the first phase of a five-year plan to provide air conditioning in every classroom.
School officials say 57 installations will be completed under budget next month, leaving enough money to pay for air conditioning in another 29 schools by the end of October.
