CTA Blue Line service was temporarily suspended Tuesday night between Rosemont and Jefferson Park due to a person being struck by a train.

A 30-year-old woman was struck and killed, Chicago police said.

At about 10:30 p.m., the CTA said they are in the process of restoring service and delays continued into the evening.
