DOLTON, Ill. (WLS) -- Local activists passed out fliers Sunday in south suburban Dolton to raise awareness about recent attacks on females, including a 12-year-old girl.

Community activist Andrew Holmes says he believes the same perpetrator who attacked the girl is also responsible for the attempted sexual assault on a woman in Calumet City and another in South Holland.

The attacker has a tattoo on his forearm with the numbers 773.
