Drew Peterson ordered to testify in police pension case

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Convicted killer Drew Peterson has been ordered to testify in his police pension case.

A panel in Bolingbrook is deciding whether to strip the former police sergeant of his annual pension of $79,000.

Peterson is serving a 38-year prison sentence for the death of his third wife, Kathleen Savio.
