CHICAGO (WLS) -- DuSable Museum of African American History hosted "A night of 100 stars" gala on Saturday.
The annual event honors Chicagoans who have made outstanding contributions to society.
Among Saturday's honorees were Eyewitness News anchor Cheryl Burton.
The award was presented by ABC7 General Manager John Idler.
Colleagues Val Warner and Charles Thomas hosted the event.
Proceeds benefit Dusable's educational programs.
