E-cigarettes banned from all CTA property

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The CTA board approved a ban on all types of electronic cigarettes.

They will be forbidden on trains, buses, platforms and any other transit authority property.

The ban took effect immediately. It's in line with an ordinance banning e-cigarettes in most indoor public places in Chicago.
