Early voting underway in Will, Kane counties, will begin Feb. 17 in Cook

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Early voting is now underway in Will and Kane counties, and will begin in Cook County on Feb. 17.

Early voting in Cook County was supposed to start Thursday but it was delayed because of a number of objections to nominating petitions.

The Board of Elections is now testing balloting systems with the final candidate list.
