LOS ANGELES -- A mandate in Hugh Hefner's trust seems to conflict with the image the world knows of him.

It turns out the playboy behind Playboy and all its infamous parties wants his loved ones to stay sober or risk losing out on millions.

According to new documents, Hefner specified that his widow, 31-year-old Crystal Harris, and his four children, ages 26 to 65 from prior marriages, must not use any unprescribed drugs or become dependent on alcohol.

Hugh Hefner dies at 91. Jim Gardner reports during Action News at 11 p.m. on September 27, 2017.

If they do, they will be kicked out of the trust, which is valued at $43 million dollars.

However, there is a chance to get back into the family's fortune, but that requires staying sober for one full year.

The will even states that trustees are allowed to drug test beneficiaries, at any time, if they believe they are violating the agreement.

Hugh Hefner died in September, at the age of 91.
