First responders, students participate in emergency drill in Homewood

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Students and the Homewood Police Department took part in a drill Tuesday morning at Willow School.

Police and first responders practiced how to respond if students' lives were in danger.

Students volunteered to take part in the training exercise.

The fire department and the Homewood Public Works Department were also involved.
