CHICAGO (WLS) -- This holiday weekend, you're probably indulging in a lot of food and drinks.
The adults among us might enjoy a cold drink. If you can't decide between beer or cocktail, you can have both at once! Eric Kobus, Craft and Specialty Brands Manager at Louis Glunz Beer, Inc., came into our ABC 7 Eyewitness News studio to show us how to make beer cocktails.
Eric's Recipes:
1. Stiegl Austrian Margarita
Ingredients:
1.5 oz of Tequila
1/4 oz of Triple sec
Stiegl Grapefruit Radler
Garnish with a wedge of lime
2. Breckenridge Michelada
Ingredients - all to taste:
Breckenridge Agave Wheat
Clamato
Fresh lime juice
Worcestershire sauce
Hot sauce
Salt
Chili powder
Lime wedges
