'Girls 4 Science' holds annual recognition ceremony at MSI

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A non-profit group that encourages girls to pursue careers in science and technology held their annual summer recognition ceremony Saturday at the Museum of Science and Industry.

ABC 7 sports anchor Dionne Miller was emcee of the "Girls 4 Science" event.

The program teaches girls to excel in science, technology, engineering and math.
