Gov. Rauner honors Latino leaders during Loop ceremony

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A celebration was held in the Loop Tuesday for Latino Heritage Month.

Dancers performed for a crowd at the Thompson Center as part of a ceremony led by Gov. Bruce Rauner.

Rauner honored Latino leaders and thanked them for giving back to their communities.
